Compensation & Benefits :

• Salary : $150k-300k / annually or $1000 / day
• Benefits : Medical
• Up to $1500 for CE
• Malpractice Insurance Required

BREAD AND BUTTER DENTISTRY

Key Responsibilities :

• Patient Care : Provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring their oral health and well-being. Perform dental procedures, including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and more, with precision and care.
• Collaboration : Work collaboratively with other dental professionals, including General Dentists, Specialists, and support staff, fostering a positive and supportive team environment.
• Professional Development : Continue your growth as a dental professional by participating in continuing education opportunities.

Utilize the $1,500 allowance provided towards expanding your skills and knowledge.

• Compliance and Quality : Adhere to all industry regulations, safety protocols, and ethical standards. Ensure the highest level of quality in all dental procedures and treatments.
• Patient Education : Educate patients about oral health, treatment options, and preventive measures, empowering them to make informed decisions about their dental care.
• Business Development : Contribute to the growth and success of the practice by providing excellent patient care and fostering positive patient experiences, leading to increased patient referrals and satisfaction.
