Our client a wellestablished independentinsurance agency is seeking an experienced and dedicated CommercialAccount Manager to join their team.

This role is 100% servicebasedfocusing on providing exceptional support to commercial clientswithout any sales cold calling or quota responsibilities.

The idealcandidate will be P&C licensed in Washington with a solidbackground as a Commercial CSR or Account Manager and experienceworking in an independent agency setting.

As aCommercial Account Manager you will handle a combination ofclientfacing and administrative tasks ensuring clients receivetoptier service.

Your responsibilities will include settingprerenewal meetings consulting with clients processing certificatesand endorsements running audits remarketing policies to carriersand presenting bids and estimates before binding policies.

You willstart with inoffice training for the initial 90 days with thepossibility of transitioning to a hybrid schedule based on yourperformance and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Set prerenewal meetings and consult withclients regarding their insurance needs.
  • Answerpolicy and coverage questions providing expert advice toclients.
  • Process certificates and endorsementswith accuracy and efficiency.
  • Conduct auditsand loss runs to ensure compliance and optimal policycoverage.
  • Remarketing policies to carrierspreparing and presenting bids andestimates.
  • Bind policies and ensure alldocumentation is accurately completed.
  • Beginwith inoffice training for 90 days with potential for a hybridschedule based on performance.

Qualifications

  • P&C licensed in Washington currentlyworking as a Commercial CSR or AccountManager.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in aCommercial CSR or Account Managerrole.
  • Independent agency experience isrequired; experience in captive agencies (e.g. Farmers State Farm)will not be considered.
  • Proven experience insetting prerenewal meetings consulting with clients processingcertificates and endorsements running audits remarketing policiesand binding policies.
  • Stable work history withno frequent job changes (No JobHoppers).
  • Candidate should reside within 5miles of the office.
