As a Customer Service Representative at Lowe’s, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information.

Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries and product information.

Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
