• Join a premier hospitalist organization running this program in Southern California
• Hospitalist 7-on / 7-off block schedule; mostly days with some nights shared with other hospitalists
• Established program with 8 physicians, including the medical director
• Epic EMR system; open ICU with no procedures required
• Manageable patient census with support staff
• Will consider IM or FM physicians available in 2024 or early 2025
• Excellent salary that's more than $300k, bonus incentives, and a full benefits package
