Job Description : Our Operating Room Registered Nurse - General Surgery works collaboratively in a diverse environment with interdisciplinary teams, providing patient-centered care.
Reporting to the Nurse Manager, the nurse utilizes evidence-based practices and the nursing process to meet the physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and educational needs of the patient and family.
Candidates must hold an RN license in Connecticut, with a requirement for a BSN and at least five years of surgical nursing experience, focusing on complex surgical patient management.
Leadership experience is preferred.
