A company is looking for a Director / RVP, Premier Success Plan Sales.
Key Responsibilities :
Drive bookings and exceed ACV targets to grow the Success Plans business
Build relationships with sales leadership and collaborate on territory performance and strategies
Develop and coach a high-performing sales team while ensuring operational excellence
Required Qualifications :
Demonstrated experience leading a high growth $1B+ portfolio of sales-focused customers
Experience in the software / infrastructure / platform (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS) space
Previous experience managing and growing sales teams
Proven ability to create and communicate a clear vision for growth
5+ years of experience managing a team of quota-carrying sales representatives
