PRE OP PACU SUPERVISOR RN FULL TIME
Pre-Op / PACU Supervisor Full Time at United Pacific in Tarzana in CA. Sign On Bonus $3500 (1 / 2 30 days and 1 / 2 90 days)
We are looking for a top-performer with solid knowledge of Pre-Operative and PACU / Recovery Nurse Supervisor. This is a fast paced environment that is driven to reach the highest quality and satisfaction outcomes in CA.
Required Skills :
- Current CA Nursing License
- Current CPR, ACLS
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Minimum 2 year experience in a hospital setting
- Previous experience working in an ambulatory surgical setting preferred.
- Ability to recognize, evaluate, solve problems and correct errors.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, hospital staff, physicians, vendors and the public.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Demonstrates accountability, professionalism, openness, receptive to change, creativity and innovative.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to adapt to change quickly, strong knowledge base relative to surgery procedures and management of the surgical patient
- Understands principles of aseptic technique and their implementation
- Ability to care for patients from infancy to geriatrics
- Excellent teaching skills *
- Basic knowledge of Performance Improvement ideology
Hourly Wage Range : $60 TO $66 per hour
Individual wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an employees qualifications and experience.
Required Experience :
United Pacific Surgery Center complies with federal, state, and / or local laws regarding mandatory vaccination of its workforce.
