Job Description
We are hiring a customer service representative to manage client queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.
To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.
Responsibilities :
- Handle client inquiries and complaints
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues and concerns
- Document and update client records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Working in Microsoft suite, including Excel, word, etc.
Qualifications :
- 1+ year in customer service experience, ideally in a business-to-business environment
- 1+ year experience working in an office environment
- Competency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and other common applications
- Bi-lingual (Spanish / English) is a plus
- Ability to communicate and deescalate in high stress situations
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
