HVAC Lead Service Technician
Countryside Heating & Cooling Solutions is in Maple Plain. We proudly serve residents and businesses of the Twin Cities since 1974.

We are currently looking for a HVAC Lead Service Technician to join our Team.

Pay Range : $35.00 / hr.-$55.00 / hr. + Spiffs Depending on Experience
Work Hours : 7 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm Monday to Friday (some overtime required).
Qualifications :
- 5+ years experience in HVAC service
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints.
- Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience making repair and replace decisions.
- Acquire NATE certifications within one year of employment.
- Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles.
- Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices.
- Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques.
- Must have experience with boilers, geothermal and ductless
- Low Voltage wiring experience required
Qualifications desired :
- Universal EPA Certification
- Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School
- NATE Certified
