Job Title : Commercial HVAC Service Manager
Location : Los Angeles, CA
Job Summary : The Commercial HVAC Service Manager will manage a team of technicians, ensure the highest-quality service delivery, and maintain strong client relationships.
This role requires a deep understanding of HVAC systems, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise a team of HVAC service technicians.
- Ensure timely and efficient completion of service calls and maintenance tasks.
- Maintain and enhance client relationships by providing exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement service schedules and plans.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex HVAC system issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Oversee the training and development of service technicians.
- Manage service contracts and ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitor and control service department budgets and expenses.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
Requirements
- Local presence in Los Angeles, CA.
- Stable work history with a proven track record in HVAC service management.
- EPA Universal Certification.
- Clean driving record.
- Extensive experience with large-tonnage applied HVAC equipment, including package units, split systems, chillers, boilers, and VRF systems.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
