We are seeking ahighly skilled selfmotivated technically minded Senior CivilEngineer with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team inapplying engineering skills to a variety of challenging projects.
We are looking for someone with experience that ranges from projectentitlements and preliminary design through construction documentsand construction administration.
QUALIFICATIONS
Compensation andBenefits :
- ExpectedBase Salary : $90000 to $120000 based onexperience.
- Possible Signing Bonus based onexperience.
- Paid overtime at 1.0 times hourlyrate.
- Competitive end of year discretionarybonus based on company / team / personalperformance.
- Hybrid work schedule (subject tochange).
- 401k with maximum of 5% ContributionMatching with 9% Employee Contribution.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in CivilEngineering
- Professional Engineer (PE)registration required
- Registration in Georgiapreferred
- Minimum of 8 years of professionalland development experience in the design of life sciencescommercial office higher education mixeduse residential healthcaremunicipal and / or Federal projectsincluding :
- Managing multiple concurrentprojects
- Leading design teamefforts
- Successfully managing project budgetsand schedules
- Interfacing with amultidiscipline design team
- Mentoring juniorstaff
- Technicalexperience with hydrologic and hydraulic calculations technicalstudies mapping documents preparation and processing of civilconstruction documents and earthworkcalculations
- Stormwater experience in Georgiaand Southeast USA preferred
- Proficiency withAutoCAD Civil 3D
- Specification preparationexperience preferred
- Strong written and verbalcommunication skills
- Ability to foster longterm client relationships
- Excellent timemanagement skills
- Metro Atlanta experience andrelationships a plus
