Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Warehouse Manager in our Nampa, ID Ship Hub.

The Warehouse Manager will be professional, creative, encouraging, and an adaptable leader who excels in a fast-paced environment.

Because this position has multiple reports, a collaborative, forward-thinking, and hardworking mentality is a must, as well as the ability to interact with and encourage a diverse set of experienced team members.

The Facility + The position reports to the District Logistics Manager + 150k sq. ft + Direct oversight of 35+ associates, consisting of warehouse associates and 10+ Drivers + Two shift operation : Hours include 6 : 00 AM-10 : 00 PM + WMS environment Responsibilities + Provide strategic leadership for our Nampa Ship Hub Warehouse + Promote and drive safety daily in the workplace, crafting a safe work environment for associates + Provide consistent communication to associates and counterparts + Continue to increase quality in customer deliveries + Drive high levels of inventory integrity within the building + Maintain associate engagement throughout the warehouse + Maintain and develop a productive warehouse by hiring, training and providing professional development for all of its associates + Lead and coordinate associates performing activities including;

unloading and stocking of inbound shipments, order selection and + shipping of outbound orders, cycle counting, and final mile delivery services to our customers + Ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained in our sites + Ensure integrity of inventory and confirm that cycle counts are completed daily and accurately + Maintain security of warehouse and safety of all associates and equipment, reporting any accidents and conveying any issues to management Qualifications + 5+ years' experience in distribution management supervising 35+ employees in a distribution / warehouse environment is preferred + A strong background in Warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory is required + Previous experience working in a WMS environment is required + Must have leadership experience in leading and developing a team, mentoring, coaching, training, and performance management + Ability to work with people and build an environment that is positive and engaging for the associates + Excellent interactive communication skills with ability to effectively communicate to different levels of the organization + Strong computer skills to include expertise in Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook + Experience managing a team of delivery drivers is a plus + Material Handling Equipment Certification + Proficient in OSHA and DOT regulations Ferguson is dedicated to providing meaningful benefits programs and products to our associates and their families-geared toward benefits, wellness, financial protection, and retirement savings.

60 - $8,621.80 - Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles. - This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
