Proven track record of delivering exceptional care while strictly adhering to individualized Plans of Care. Skilled in managing client appointments, including setting reminders and ensuring timely attendance. Competence in assisting clients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, grooming, and other daily living activities with compassion and respect. Provide basic healthcare services, including medication reminders and managing daily care routines. Perform light housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming, laundry, washing dishes, and maintaining a clean and safe home environment. Prepare and assist with meals while ensuring clients' nutritional and dietary needs are met. Offer meaningful companionship by engaging in conversations and activities that enhance clients' mental and emotional well-being. Support clients with mobility needs, including assistance with walking, standing, or using mobility aids safely. Monitor and document changes in clients' physical, emotional, or mental health and promptly report concerns. Accompany clients to medical appointments, errands, or social outings, ensuring their safety and punctuality. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of care provided, activities completed, and changes in client conditions in compliance with company policies. Ensure proper and safe use of medical equipment as needed. Assist clients with incontinence care, including changing adult briefs, while ensuring their dignity and comfort. Adhere to safety protocols to prevent accidents, manage environmental hazards, and promote a secure home setting. Participate in caregiver training sessions and team meetings to continually improve care standards and skills.
Job Requirements : Home Health Aide (HHA)
We are seeking experienced and dedicated Home Health Aides (HHA) who are committed to delivering the highest quality of care to our clients. The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements :

- Valid HHA certification with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in home care or related settings.

We are looking for compassionate, skilled, preferably bilingual, and reliable HHAs who are passionate about providing high-quality care while maintaining a professional and respectful relationship with clients and their families. Pay : $19.10 - $22.00 per hour
HHA Training
If you are looking to obtain a Home Health Aide certificate, we have a great offer to help you obtain it at little or no cost to you.
We will reimburse you up to $500 to be trained at an accredited HHA Training school of your choice. You would only need to provide a receipt for the training course, and work at least 150 hours for our agency before you would be eligible for the reimbursement.
