Position Name : Float Pool (Critical Care) RN

Facility Name : TBA

Shift Details :

• Nights (Rotating Weekends) : 7p-7a
• Critical Care RN : $43 flat rate
• Sign ON : $25k (Nights Only)
• Relo : Case By Case
• Shift Differentials : $3 Nights and $2 weekends

Job Requirements :

2 years of recent(within the last year or two) acute care Critical Care RN experience within unit required

Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start is required

Current BLS required

Current ACLS preferred, required within 6 months of hire

BSN is preferred

What will you will do in this role :

Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality

Facilitate patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis

Provide plan based care with a commitment to continuous improvement
