Salary Range : $80-$85K annually + incredible benefits including up to a 4% employer match with our 401(k)

Your Mission :
As Tenant Experience Manager, you are the ultimate Head of Bookings for the amenity floor in this elevated office asset. Your job is to activate and engage both tenants and non-tenants to utilize the brand-new, state of the art meeting and event spaces.
You’ll create a lasting impression and repeat customers through incredible experiences and programs.
What You’re Responsible For :
- Amenity and Operational Management : Oversee the operational strategy and management of amenity spaces like fitness centers and conference rooms, including revenue generation and financial reporting.
- Consistent Revenue Generation : Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets within the bookable amenity spaces through cultivating internal and external relationships with potential customers.
- Stakeholder and Tenant Relationships : Cultivate meaningful relationships with tenants and stakeholders, providing personalized solutions and white-glove hospitality experiences.
- Marketing and Communication : Implement and oversee marketing strategies and communications to drive internal and external bookings of the amenity spaces.
- Partnership Development : Establish and manage relationships with local vendors and external partners to enhance event offerings and tenant experiences.
- Team and Operational Support : Support the Operations Team with projects to increase client engagement and member experience.
Who You Are : Baseline Requirements
- You have 5+ years of meetings + events experience managing bookings and driving revenue within meeting spaces.
- You are proficient with both the Google suite and Microsoft Office.
