Job Description

This leader ensures robust foundation upon which to execute highly targeted marketing programs, capture deeper customer insights and improve operational excellence across all parts of the customer journey and digital ecosystem.

This role interfaces with both business and technical resources to ensure business, functional and technical requirements are optimally reflected across the tech stack, as well as guide the change management necessary to achieve business and digital experience objectives effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with both business and technical teams on the planning, development, and execution of a strategic roadmap that aligns with business and CX goals / milestones
  • Act as the Product Owner of SF Marketing Cloud and the marketing areas of SF Experience Cloud, prioritizing requests related to marketing programs, marketing automation, lead management, content management, transactional communications, preference / opt management, identify management, reporting and analytics.

Support customer satisfaction surveys and NPS measurement.

  • Lead definition of campaign architecture and build of customer & consumer journeys. Enable all commercial and business operations teams to effectively optimize, measure and surface new behavioral insights for action.
  • Responsible for campaign execution, audience management, tagging, enabling media testing and digital marketing KPIs, reports and dashboards.
  • Mine data for insights to propose new programs and CX optimizations related to customer acquisition, retention, and expansion of relationships, as well as ensure appropriate feedback loops are active across teams and partners
  • Enable brand and marketing teams with support for websites, kitchen design tools, CMS, DAM, targeting, social and R&Rs platform, CRM, reporting tools, media accounts and related integrations.
  • Codify processes and services so that MasterBrand can scale via integrated, automated workflows in a way that boosts productivity and minimizes TCO
  • Document and align operations with industry best practices, establish project management and agile methodologies to uphold quality standards and speed to market
  • Effectively and efficiently work across the entire tech stack and its integration points to ensure seamless data flows and ease of use by internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Uphold data privacy & security.
  • Further develop the overall digital delivery model to encompass solution and service delivery, as well as build out the team with key specializations around data analysis, digital production, etc.
  • Act as a catalyst for change throughout the organization and be a culture setter.

This is a pivotal role that enables a spectrum of activities in support of effective customer experience, commercial and business operations, innovation and integration of M&A entities.

Qualifications

  • Lead through influence. Bring clarity to ambiguous operational and data processes
  • Comfortable wearing many hats, as required - business analyst, data analyst, power user, trainer and change management champion
  • Aptitude for detailed process design work, data analysis and quality control of operational processes
  • Ability to translate business requirements into action plans with technical partners and hold accountable for successful on time, on budget and high-quality deliverables
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with key stakeholders
