Lastyear we launched our telehealththerapy app intended to help military members and spouses accessevidencebased mental health therapy whenever they need it coveredby Tricare.

Our platform combines traditional 1 : 1 video therapysessions with a mobile application designed to enhance skilladoption outside of the session and reduce the overalltimetobenefit intherapy .

Overtime we ll also be building out a selfguided portion of ourplatform focused on Interventional & Preventative mentalhealthcare for individuals and couples.

Whatyou ll dohere :

• Provideevidencebased therapy via 55minute live video sessions to adultclients.
• Managea consistent weekly caseload of clients (you choose how manysessions work for your lifestyle)
• Establishand track goals in partnership with each of your clients monitoringoutcomes over time.
• Assign& review inapp homework (video modules daily journalingcheckins etc) tailored for each client.
• Maintainprogress notes and participate in qualityreviews

Aboutyou :

• Youhave empathy in spades
• Youre a fully licensed therapist in the state of TN or KY (LMFTLicensed Marriage and Family Therapist LCSW Licensed ClinicalSocial Worker or LPCMHSP Licensed Professional CounselorMentalHealth ServicesProvider)
• Youhave experience treating individuals with relationship issuestrauma PTSD Postpartum Depression Generalized Anxiety Disorder andDepressivedisorders
• Youwork with evidencebased care modalities like CBT DBT EMDR IFSetc
• Yourpractice is oriented around measurable change in clients lives andusually involves SMART goals and skill building
• Youbelieve in challenging yourself and your clients leaning into thediscomfort that often accompaniesgrowth

BaseCompensation :

Wepay $50 / session plus an additional $1 / hour bonus for every year ofpostlicense experience.

Otherinfo :

Were looking for several therapists and are open to folks who arefully licensed with the state of Tennessee and / or Kentucky.

Weprefer our therapists to have foundational training in at least oneevidencebased therapy modality and traumainformed care knowledgeprior to starting at Swell.

We re happy to support you in furtherdeveloping these skills through ongoing training supervision andconsultation.

Note : This is a contractor (non W2) position. Moonlighting with a privatepractice other group is permitted by Swell Health for contractorsbut youll have to sign a nonrecruiting agreement for Swellclients.

Requirements

• Mustalready be licensed by a State Board to provide unsupervised mentalhealth therapy (e.g. LPCMHSP LCSW LMFT) in Tennessee orKentucky.
• Musthave recent experience providing clinical therapy in an outpatientsetting.
• Musthave access to a reliable internet connection that can supportclear video calls.
• Musthave a dedicated therapy space that is quiet and private so you canwork remotely and provide confidential therapy withoutdistractions.
• Mustbe able to maintain a consistent schedule to support reliablerecurring sessions withclients.

Benefits

Stipendfor CEUs : After your first 6 months at Swell youll receive a $100stipend that can be used toward CEUs or licensing reimbursement.

After 1 year at Swell youll receive another $125 stipend every 6months for licensing and continuingeducation.
