We are looking for a dedicated and customeroriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in St. Louis.

Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and live chat in a professional and timely manner
- Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Process orders forms applications and requests
- Maintain a deep understanding of products and services to offer accurate information and assistance
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
- Follow up on customer concerns to ensure they are resolved effectively
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
- Previous customer service experience in any industry (retail call center etc.) is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Problemsolving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Techsavvy and proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software (training provided)
