Clinic-Based Role Supporting All AutismCOE Locations

At the Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) , we are dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy that helps children with autism reach their full potential. Position Overview

We are seeking a Bilingual Client Intake Coordinator to join our Durham, NC team. This position will be based in our Durham office but will support intake operations across all AutismCOE clinics in North Carolina.

As the first point of contact for new families, you’ll play a vital role in starting their ABA journey. Through professionalism, empathy, and clear communication, you’ll ensure families feel informed, valued, and cared for from the very beginning.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the first welcoming contact for new families seeking ABA therapy
  • Conduct intake calls to gather information, explain services, and answer questions
  • Monitor evaluation and onboarding progress to ensure a smooth start for each family
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in internal systems
  • Act as a communication bridge between families, clinicians, and operations teams
  • Track intake statuses and follow up regularly to provide continued support
  • Provide bilingual support in English and Spanish to ensure accessibility for all families
  • Collaborate with clinic and administrative teams to deliver a seamless intake experience

What You Bring

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required)
  • Experience in intake, administrative support, or customer service (required)
  • Familiarity with ABA therapy or behavioral health services (required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
