Our prestigious law firm is well-known in the legal industry and we are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced associate / attorney specializing in Tax, Trusts, and Estates to join our team in New York City.
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in Tax, Trusts, and Estates practice and preferably hold an degree in Taxation or Estate Planning.
It is essential to have a New York Bar admission. Responsibilities :
- Offer top-quality legal advice and services to clients in areas such as tax planning, trusts, estates, wills, and probate.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on complex tax and estate planning issues.
- Prepare various estate planning documents including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
- Represent clients in tax disputes before state and federal courts.
- Collaborate with partners and other attorneys to develop effective case strategies that serve the best interests of our clients.
Qualifications :
- New York Bar admission is a must.
- Juris Doctor ( degree from an accredited law school.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience practicing Tax, Trusts, and Estates law.
- Preferred degree in Taxation or Estate Planning.
- Admission to the Bar in one or more states where our firm has an office and where the candidate wishes to reside.
- Strong academic background with excellent written and oral communication skills.
