Role Overview Seeking an experienced marketing professional to join our Brand Marketing team. This Director of Brand Marketing serves as the primary lead on all custom, cross-platform solutions and client materials to support our growing media portfolio.
This role is for a thought leader who can move between ideation, collateral development, packaging, and pitching to onboarding clients and helping manage those high profile relationships through fulfillment.
This is a position for an experienced and creative marketer. You will be responsible for supporting sales efforts with a thorough understanding of Digital Futures / Sweety High Media’s network portfolio.
You will work closely with the CEO, CCO, Production and Fulfillment teams to drive commercial success by balancing pricing, performance and brand equity.
This role requires a dynamic and thoughtful innovator who understands the modern direct-to-consumer social marketplace as well as the content and event vehicles that drive viral ROI.
The ideal candidate will be capable of developing best in class in-house brand materials as well as tailored campaigns for clients across major market sectors.
Growth Path Roles VP, Brand Partnership Marketing Responsibilities Thorough understanding of our value proposition and market positioning Concept and craft custom brand campaigns through proposals that leverage current market trends to provide high-yield strategy, content, talent and distribution.
Develop integrated advertising packages (content, creators, experiential) from ideation to formal or informal response to proactive or reactive (RFP / RFI) needs.
Collaborate with Editorial, and Production teams to identify, create and package new proactive programs and sales opportunities.
Meet with clients to communicate our value prop, and identify client needs that will inform campaign proposals. Create research, media and marketing plans to augment client proposals.
Create and manage brand marketing materials, including case studies and sell sheets, across our products. Build capabilities presentations that showcase our story, audience insights, and creative solutions.
Oversee campaign executions and help lead in-house fulfillment teams. Act as a key client liaison, help ensure campaign success and timely reporting.
Requirements (Skills & Experience) 8 years of digital marketing experience in Integrated Marketing and / or a Client Solutions role for a B2B Publisher or media agency.
Experience executing strategy, content, talent, event and social-creator focused campaigns. Knowledge of cultural landscape and D2C marketing models.
Knowledge of analytics reporting across Social Media platforms and Ad Manager. Experience working across multiple stakeholders with the ability to articulate, aggregate and deliver on key milestones.
Demonstrable track record of creating culture-leading marketing and content programs, working with designers, production teams, talent and clients.
An ability to apply a strong creative, yet tactical approach, working between macro-concepts and micro-executions. Ability to craft marketing copy and pricing sheets.
Detail-oriented, thrive on multitasking in high performance environments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a taste for creative storytelling.
Experience with custom content, the creator economy and social growth. Positive attitude, passionate about pop-culture and the Gen Z media landscape.
Core Google Suite, Keynote, MS Excel, MS Word. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
