We're hiring for a Registered Nurse to join the night shift team within a newly built Women’s Health Center.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in high-acuity maternal health settings and enjoys supporting patients throughout the entire labor and delivery experience.

About the Role This position is part of a collaborative Maternal Child Health Unit, with a primary focus on Labor & Delivery.

You'll work alongside OB physicians and support staff to provide direct patient care through all phases of childbirth, while occasionally supporting the unit’s general maternal and newborn care needs.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Deliver direct, individualized care using the nursing process : assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition Communicate clinical updates effectively with physicians and team members Maintain clinical documentation and adhere to safety protocols   Schedule & Shift Full-time, 2nd / Night Shift Rotating weekends (every other weekend) Supportive and collaborative team culture   What You Bring RN License (State of Oklahoma, active) Minimum : 1 year RN experience (3+ years L&D preferred) CPR certification (within 30 days of hire) ACLS + NRP (within 1 year of hire) Strong communication skills & ability to remain calm under pressure Basic computer competency for charting / documentation   Physical Requirements Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift (up to 60 lbs.) Fine motor skills for patient care procedures (IVs, catheters, etc.) Vision / hearing adequate to assess patients and respond to alarms Disclaimer : This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the responsibilities and requirements of the position.
