Customer Service Representative

Vaco is hiring a Customer Service Representative / Data Coordinator for a client in near the Bartlett area. This person is a support member to the Administrative Team by providing an efficient data entry service and fulfilling clerical duties as assigned.

This position will occasionally need to provide back up support for the Customer Service Manager, OEM & Service Channel, who is the first point of contact for OEM / Retail / Service Channel Accounts and Special Projects.

Responsibilities :

• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Processing invoices and filing.
• Gather further information for incomplete documents and spreadsheets.
• Check source documents for accuracy.
• Verify data and correct data where necessary.
• Maintain product specification spreadsheets.
• Provide reports to customers and sales leaders as needed.
• Update customer database for service channel.
• Update data and archive unnecessary and outdated files.
• Check completed work for accuracy.
• Organize and maintain information stored in shared servers and drives.
• Update and maintain internal and external SDS index.
• Enter and update data in the Customer Relationship Management System.
• Submit requests to Product Development for any missing, or outdated documents -Interact with various departments, as needed.
• Manage RGA Process for returned Tradeshow items.
• Print literature as needed.

Requirements :

• High School Diploma.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office. (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
• Attention to detail.
• Accurate keyboard skills and proven ability to enter data at the required speed.
• Knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
• Previous experience of clerical and administrative procedures are preferred.
• A business acumen.
• Enthusiastic and passionate.

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
