My client is an innovative solar cell manufacturer that is pushing the boundaries of what is possible with solar technology.
They are looking for a Vice President of Process Engineering with a background in the solar cell / panel manufacturing space.
Responsibilities :
- Lead organization across product, equipment, and process development.
- Optimize the efficiency of manufacturing process by conducting detailed analysis
- Strategic oversight and leadership of manufacturing team and attract, hire, retain talent as you grow your team.
- Analyze and identify areas of improvement within operations to improve performance.
- Identify opportunities to reduce cost.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Monitor process performance metrics in regards to cycle times, yield, and scrap rate to implement changes required to meet / surpass goals.
Requirements :
- 10+ years of experience in process engineering
- 5+ years of experience of management
- 3+ years of experience within solar cell / module manufacturing
- Bachelors in Engineering or related field, Masters preferred
- Experience with process automation and control systems.
