Admissions and Marketing Director
POSITION DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a DYNAMIC and results-driven Marketing Director to join our team. As a Marketing Director, you will play a critical role in increasing awareness of our Skilled Nursing services within the community and fostering relationships with healthcare professionals, referral sources, and potential patients and families.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote Skilled Nursing services and increase brand visibility in the community.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, hospitals, and assisted living facilities.
- Conduct outreach activities, such as networking events, educational seminars, and presentations, to educate referral sources and community members about Skilled Nursing services.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to facilitate timely admissions and ensure smooth transitions for patients and families.
- Track and analyze marketing metrics, referral trends, and market data to assess effectiveness of marketing initiatives and identify opportunities for growth.
- Market programs and facilities by preparing and providing informaiton, answering questions, and conduting tours with prospective residents and / or responsible parties, and referral sources.
- Maintains necessary knowledge of served market areas, resident origin, and major referral sources.
- Assists with census development efforts by making quality contact with referral sources.
- May assist Administrator in contacting families after admission and discharge to personally determine satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS
- College degree preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, generating leads, and driving business growth.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environme
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Point Click Care and CRM software.
