Job Title : Quality System Specialist Regulatory Compliance

Location : Marietta, GA 30066

Pay : $24.00 per hour

Job Type : Temp-to-Hire, Full-Time

Shift : 1st Mon-Fri 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 30 PM

Quality System Specialist Regulatory Compliance description :

• Assist the QA department with organizing, planning, and coordination of systems to ensure compliance.
• Communicate all identified compliance and quality risks to management.
• Help identify areas for improvement and implement system / process changes.
• Ensure new employees receive proper regulatory training.
• Qualify suppliers and vendors to meet quality standards.
• Initiate and track corrective action requests (CAR).
• Track and maintain metrics related to compliance.
• Respond to client documentation requests and assist with document control activities.
• Support regulatory inspections, media releases, and review of final reports.

Requirements :

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree (life sciences preferred) and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a regulated / ISO environment, or 3 years relevant experience without a degree.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to push / pull up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions regularly and stand / sit for long periods of time.
• Must be comfortable wearing PPE and working in a controlled setting with biohazards and chemicals.
