- Handle a total of 35-40 cases per day.- First shift from Monday-Friday is preferred.- On-call duty required, which can be heavy.
- Call expectations include 1-2, 16-hour shifts weekly (3 PM - 7 AM) and a full weekend call every 4th weekend (3 PM Friday - 7 AM Monday).
- Be available for interviews during designated times : 9 AM-12 PM ET and 3 PM-6 PM ET.- Must be adept with various equipment needs including robots, towers, Bovies, and specialized instrumentation according to different cases.
This role requires a dedicated RN with the ability to adapt to dynamic surgical environments and collaborate effectively with the surgical team.
