Our client located in Chicago is seeking an experienced Legal Executive Assistant to support the General Counsel. Responsibilities include, but aren't limited to :
- Preparing PowerPoint and Excel presentations;
- Maintaining all board meetings (including taking board meeting minutes);
- Coordinating and preparing for all travel (both domestic and international).
Qualifications :
Prefer a Bachelor's Degree and previous in-house legal experience supporting a General Counsel in a corporate legal department.
Must have advanced proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
