JOB DESCRIPTION

An HVAC Systems Sales Engineer for HTS / DXS will do the following : - Review plans and specifications to determine best HVAC Equipment solutions for a given building, or application.

Develop proposals & technical submittal data for HVAC equipment & building controls solutions - Become local market experts for equipment and control solutions manufactured by the companies represented by HTS - Inform & Educate our customers regarding technological advancements in our industry - Foster & maintain customer relationships - Support our projects from beginning to completion in order to ensure maximum customer satisfaction - Learn & utilize the HTS enterprise software we use to operate our businesses.

Because goals and desired results can quickly change, the job requires regularly meeting and pro-actively establishing relationships with new groups.

The ability to understand, quickly react and motivate others to adapt to the changing organization environment is a critical key to success.

In general, the core of this position requires a motivated and motivating team builder and organization developer.
