A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative to assist Virginia residents with Medicaid, SNAP, and TANF eligibility processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide informed responses to inquiries regarding eligibility guidelines and policiesGuide applicants through the Medicaid, SNAP, and TANF application processesDocument interactions and process eligibility verification documents across multiple systemsRequired Qualifications, Training, and EducationHigh school diploma or GED required1+ years of relevant professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experienceCall center experience preferredAbility to work independently in a remote environmentFamiliarity with Medicaid, SNAP, or TANF programs is a plus (training provided)
