A young family is looking for a full-time live-out housekeeper. Must have either high-net-worth private home, or 5-star / high-end hotel housekeeping experience.
The housekeeper must ensure the household is cleaned, maintained and organized. They will also manage household linens, laundry, and assist as needed around the house.
The housekeeper must be able to follow detailed instructions on the principal’s preferences for maintaining the home. The family also asks for this person to make simple healthy lunches and dinners for their two children and help care for their dogs.

5 baths, and 10,000 sq ft, and a separate pool house with 4 beds The Staff : Cleaning company; 2x week for deeper cleans Duties
- Full household housekeeping of the home; internal and external (e.g. sweeping patios)
- Full laundry including towels, linens, clothes, and fine fabrics; going to dry cleaners as needed
- Following strict instructions on organizing closets, the fridge, and pantry
- Cooking for the family to include healthy lunches for the girls (Monday Thursday), basic healthy dinners easy family cooking with recipes
- Pet care to include dog walks, dog sitting vet trips
- Errand running for the family, e.g. groceries & packages
- If parents are unavailable (rare) driving kids to and from activities, must be comfortable driving their own car
- Packing and unpacking family for travel
- Helping around the home; answering doors, overseeing handymen, helping with holiday decor Requirements
- A clean valid Driver’s License, with own car to travel to and from work, must be comfortable driving their own car with the kids / principals if ever needed, ideal if happy to drive a family car as well
- Legally able to work within the United States
- Lives in the surrounding area / have a reasonable commute
- Minimum 2 years working in a similar role, or at a high-end hotel / corporate position
- Must be happy to work with dogs and kids
- Excellent references required from both current and previous employers
- Happy to have a background check run (criminal & driver)
