Responsibilities :
- Build Account Strategy across horizontals and Vertical.
- Work with the Customer’s leadership team to help build, execute and govern Business & IT Strategy as a strategic partner for IT.
- Responds to and delivers on client requests; responds to RFPs. Identifies opportunities, makes proactive proposals to client in line with the account strategy.
Obtains approvals to pursue opportunities. Engages the relevant teams for solutions.
- Client Partner is ultimately accountable for client relationship, account growth and profitability.
- Negotiate and manage all commercial matters.
- Act as client advocate and trusted advisor to ensure solutions are developed to resolve client’s business challenges through leveraging Hexaware’s expertise and capabilities.
- Ensure client has strong awareness of all Hexaware offerings and capabilities.
- Co-create and drive transformation agenda with the client.
- To drive revenue growth by creating and championing high-value propositions for the client.
- To have business oversight of multiple relationships across client stakeholders from all aspects including Hexaware account and operational delivery teams.
- Be very responsive to customer requirements and ensure all asks are driven to closure.
- Manage all operational aspects of the business including but not limited to forecasting, pipeline development and updating opportunities in CRM system
- Own and ensure the cadence of client governance and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to travel to client locations in NJ / NY and CT.
Skills Required :
- 15+ years of experience in managing delivery, account management and / or account relationships.
- Experience of selling and managing businesses with digital technologies
- Delivery / Consulting / Account management background with specific experience in Insurance sector (P&C)
- Experience in leading global teams. Good collaborative skills across onsite / offshore and cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication / presentation skills with ability to create and deliver compelling propositions.
