About the Role :

As an Expert Browser Engineer at MultiOn, you will be instrumental in developing a next-generation browsing experience, transforming how users access, interact, and manage their digital environments.

Your expertise will guide the development of innovative features and enhancements that prioritize speed, security, and user-centric design.

In this pivotal role, you will tackle challenging problems, think outside the box, and translate complex ideas into scalable and impactful solutions.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and development of advanced browser functionalities focusing on enhancing user experience, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to drive the integration of cutting-edge AI technologies into our browser, enhancing its intelligence and intuitiveness.
• Spearhead the adoption of modern web standards and technologies to ensure our browser remains at the forefront of industry developments.
• Implement rigorous testing and refinement protocols to continuously improve product reliability and user satisfaction.
• Prototype and iterate on new features rapidly, responding to user feedback and evolving market demands to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in browser engineering or related fields, with a solid foundation in both frontend and backend technologies.
• Expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web development frameworks. Experience with browser internals or extension development is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of developing and scaling high-impact web applications, with a strong focus on creating seamless user experiences.
• Familiarity with AI integration in web technologies, with practical experience in implementing AI-driven enhancements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of tackling complex technical challenges and driving solutions from concept to production.
• Excellent collaboration abilities, with experience working cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams to deliver superior products.
• Adaptive and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, with a proactive attitude and a drive to take initiative in all aspects of your work.
