We are looking for a passionate leader to join our team!
Rose Lane Home in Loup City, NE is seeking a Director of Nursing who is dedicated to providing world-class care to our residents.
As the Director of Nursing, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality medical care in a warm and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage our nursing staff to provide world-class care to our residents
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans for each resident
- Oversee the administration of medications and treatments to residents
- Ensure that our nursing staff is trained and up-to-date on the latest medical practices and technologies
Qualifications :
- Active RN license in the state of Nebraska
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
- Passion for providing world-class care to our residents
