Key Roles and Responsibilities : Analyze legal information, perform legal research, investigate facts, draft pleadings, and motions, and prepare legal documents and reports.

May specialize in certain areas of law, such as tax law. Investigate and research moderately complex legal matters.Prepare legal documents that require an advanced legal knowledge of specific subject areas.

Assists legal organization in acquiring the information and data needed to prepare for hearings, closings, trials, and corporate meetings.

May attend possible court hearings and represent company in administrative role.Assist attorneys in all phases of employment and commercial litigation and administrative agency matters.

Perform legal research, investigate facts, draft pleadings and motions, collect documents and information, and prepare legal documents that require an advanced legal knowledge of specific subject areas.

May represent company before administrative agencies.Candidates must be organized, detailed oriented, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to prioritize, and work independently.

Litigation and employment experience mercial litigation preferred.Education : Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred.Certification may be required.

Experience : 3 or more years of related experience or 0 to 2 years of related experience with Bachelors degree.Supervisory : No.
