Soliant is seeking dedicated and passionate Special Education Paraprofessionals to join our team nearBraselton, GAfor the 2024-2025 school year.

Job Details :
- Assist special education teachers in implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse learning needs
- Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Support students in developing academic and social skills
- Monitor and document student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred)
- Valid state-issued paraprofessional certification REQUIRED
- Experience with students who havespecial needs preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong munication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, passion, and a genuine interest in working with children
