Job Description :

Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced School Psychologist to join our team in Palo Alto, CA. In this role, you will provide essential psychological services to support students' academic, social, and emotional development.

As a School Psychologist, you will work closely with students, parents, and school staff to create a positive and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct prehensive psycho-educational assessments to evaluate students cognitive, emotional, and behavioral needs.
• Develop and implement strategies and interventions to support students' mental health and academic success.
• Provide individual and group counseling to students experiencing emotional and behavioral difficulties.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to address students' needs and create effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and make remendations for interventions.
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed, including developing and implementing behavior management plans.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of assessments, interventions, and student progress.

Qualifications :

• Masters or Doctorate degree in School Psychology or a related field.
• Valid School Psychologist certification or license in the state of California.
• Prior experience in a school setting is preferred.
• Strong munication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
