Ourclient is at the forefront of revolutionizing transportation withinnovative wireless electric road systems. They are developing acuttingedge costeffective wireless charging solution for electricvehicles designed to support the global push for carbon neutrality.

Their technology not only reduces the environmental footprint of EVbatteries but also enables seamless charging while vehicles aredriving idling or in motion.

They are looking for a dynamic andexperienced Business Development Manager to join their New Yorkteam and help drive their missionforward.

Responsibilities :

  • Understandthe solution and relevant markets inside and out to identifypotentialgrowth.
  • Proposeand implement sales and delivery strategies that support thecompany s gotomarket strategies and businessobjectives.
  • Leveragea deep understanding of North East Coast and federal EV mandatesand incentive programs to advance commercialopportunities.
  • Pursuestrategic business opportunities and closedeals.
  • Opennew verticals and generate new use cases and offerings to drivebusiness and sales growth. Drive the scaling and sales replicationof new use cases andofferings.
  • Buildmanage and own business partnerships and strategic consultantsetc.
  • Analyzemarket feedback to support strategic productdecisions.
  • Managecomplex business engagements from initiation toclosing.
  • Seekout and support responses to RFI RFQ and RFPopportunities.
  • Workas a trusted advisor for partners globally for both business andtechnologicalmatters.
  • Workclosely with Presales and Professional Services teams to ensuresuccessful onboardingcompletion.
  • Buildand maintain effective and constructive relationships with allstakeholders including customers and other strategic partners tounderstand their needs and proactively engage to provide guidanceandsupport.
  • Workwith existing and new customers to scale commercialopportunities

Requirements

  • Atleast 5 years of experience working in B2G or B2B sales or businessdevelopment.
  • Proventrack record of closing businessdeals.
  • Experiencein managing nurturing and growing partnerecosystems.
  • Experienceworking in a fastpacedenvironment.
  • Experienceworking on mobility issues pertaining to EVs ports airports and / ortransit. Undergraduate degree required; graduate degreepreferred.
  • Proventrack record in developing and managing complex businessengagements from initiation toclosing.
  • Experiencein developing highvalue relationships at the executive level withpartners andcustomers.
  • Exceptionalverbal and written communicationskills.
  • Detailorientedandorganized.
  • Willingnessto travel up to 50% of thetime.
  • Strongunderstanding of local EV mandate and incentive regulations andprogramsadvantage.
  • Heldtechnical or engineering roles in the pastadvantage.
  • Entrepreneurshipexperienceadvantage.
