Position Summary :
Coordinate, implement, and plan nursing care in a timely and accurate manner.
Position Requirements :
- Earned a nursing diploma or degree from a college or university
- Licensed in the State of Tennessee
- BLS certification within 90 days of hire
- Additional certifications may be required based on specific unit assignment
Workplace Experience :
Orthopedic patient care delivery experience preferred
Physical Effort :
1. Able to communicate effectively in English
2. Requires prolonged standing and working for up to twelve hours a day
3. Able to lift with assistance up to 250 lbs

- Performs comprehensive patient assessment
- Plans and implements individualized patient care
- Administers medications safely and accurately
- Maintains healing and therapeutic environment for patients and families
