Financial Counselor

Work Schedule : This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled Monday-Friday between the hours of 8 : 30 AM -5 : 00 PM.

• Provide patients with estimated costs for upcoming services.
• Assist patients in understanding the billing prepayment process.
• Review patients coverage to determine overall cost for the patients specific plan of care. At UW Health, you will have :

Education : Minimum - High school diploma or equivalent Preferred - Associate degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration or related field.
