Tablet Command is seeking an experienced Product Support Specialist in the west coast region (other than California) to join our team.
This role is a pre-sales and post-sales support role that bridges the gap between our technical solutions and fire service expertise.
The ideal candidates will combine deep fire service knowledge with technical proficiency in Tablet Command's product offering.

Position Summary
The Product Support Specialist will be assigned to support regional account executives and regional account managers. This role focuses on both pre-sales and post-sales support.
Pre-sales responsibilities include product demonstrations, technical product expertise, and applying fire-specific incident command / operational knowledge to demonstrate Tablet Command's value in fire settings.
Post-sales duties concentrate on training, onboarding, and customer success, ensuring effective product usage across TC Mobile, TC Pro, and TC Web platforms.
We are open to hiring in a part-time capacity for those with flexible work schedules who are currently working in the fire service.
Responsibilities
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical expertise
- Support customer onboarding and training initiatives
- Ensure effective product utilization across different positions in the department
- Participate in trade shows and regional events
- Handle assigned accounts for post-sales customer success
- Work with existing customers and prospects for both pre-sales and post-sales activities
- Provide comprehensive product support across TC Mobile, TC Pro, and TC Web
- Collaborate closely with sales and customer support teams
Requirements
- Existing power user of Tablet Command
- Deep expertise in fire service with incident command experience
- Strong technical aptitude
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to travel for trade shows and events
- Experience in training and customer support
- Comfortable in a sales environment

The position offers a competitive compensation package including both base salary and a commission structure. Product Support Specialists will be assigned particular accounts for post-sales customer success and will participate in a round-robin system for prospective customer demonstrations.
