Job Description & Requirements Urgent Care Physician StartDate : ASAP Available Shifts : 8;12 Pay Rate : $135.80 - $147.00 This facility is seeking an Urgent Care Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity : Schedule : 3-5 shifts per week. Various shifts Patients per day : 50-60 cases for 12 hour shift Practice Setting : Urgent Care Scope : Standard primary and urgent care State Licensure : Active Iowa state medical license, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Controlled Substance Registration (CSR), Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Board Certification in Family Medicine required.
