Restaurant Manager Upscale Dining
Gecko Hospitality is now searching for an experienced and motivated Front of the House Restaurant Manager with a well-known upscale restaurant in Denver.
The ideal Restaurant Manager should excel in overseeing dining operations, ensuring top-notch service, effective staffing, budget collaboration with senior management, profit center control, and possess at least a Level One Sommelier Certification.

Responsibilities :
- Supervise all dining room operations to ensure exceptional guest service and staff adequacy.
- Collaborate with General Manager and Managing Partner on budget development and profit center management.
- Operate the business in compliance with company policies and relevant laws
- Welcome and assist guests, managing seating arrangements to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications :
- Minimum of 3+ years of current Restaurant Manager experience in an upscale or fine dining establishment
- High volume background - must have Restaurant Manager experience at establishments exceeding $5 million in sales per year
- Level One Sommelier Certification is required to be considered for this position
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
- Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
- Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
- Restaurant manager candidates must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food / labor cost, etc.)
