About The Position
Job Title : Licensed Clinical Social Worker Job Specialty : LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Day 5x8-Hour (08 : 00 - 16 : 30) Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : Minimum 2 years required License : Valid State License required at the time of submission Certifications : LCSW, BLS (American Heart Association preferred) Must-Have : - Experience with behavioral health inpatient units preferred- Epic charting experience preferred Job Description : - Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to treat and facilitate the discharge of patients on the adolescent behavioral inpatient unit.
- Complete intake assessments.- Provide brief interventions.- Communicate with collateral contacts.- Conduct discharge planning.
- No on-call duties; however, availability required for one weekend day 1-2 times per month.- Orientation : 16 hours (non-billable).
- Additional Requirements : Must be available to go in for lab work within 3-5 days of signing.- 50 miles travel requirement;
locals accepted at the local rate.- Background policy requires noting any background hits or DUIs prior to submission.- Return staff policy indicates a one-year gap to return as a traveler.
