Description of the role :

The Service Advisor at Keffer Hyundai in Matthews, North Carolina is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and acting as a liaison between customers and the service department.

Requirements :

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in an automotive environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair terminology

Job Summary :

Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in a service advisor role in the automotive industry
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with both customers and technicians
  • Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures and terminology
  • Excellent time-management and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Proficient computer skills and experience with dealership software systems
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
