POSITION DESCRIPTION :

The Manely Firm P.C. is seeking full-time, family law attorneys at our Atlanta, Marietta, and Lawrenceville offices to provide our clients around the world with the ultimate client service experience.

If you have one (1) to three (3) years of experience in family law litigation, let's chat.

The Job :

  • Service our firm’s current family law clients with unmet estate planning need across multiple offices.
  • Build and manage the entire estate planning process and staff.
  • Take ownership of the Estate Planning Practice Group and deliver high-quality, timely work products.
  • Skills and experience are important and valued, but your personality, character, intelligence, and integrity are also extremely important considerations.
  • We are growing, and you may be called upon to wear many hats. We need someone who does not think that the occasional need to scan your own documents is beneath you."

Basic Qualifications :

  • Two or more years of experience in strategic estate planning.
  • One or more years of experience in management.
  • Experience with WealthCounsel a plus, but not required.
  • Tax experience, probate and trust administration are a definite plus but not required.

COMPENSATION, PERKS AND BENEFITS :

  • Compensation is commensurate with experience and driven by the attorney through hours billed and fees collected.
  • Our attorneys earn 26% of the fees generated + bonuses.
  • In addition, the firm pays CLEs and bar dues.
  • A signing bonus of $2500 after 90 days of employment for attorneys who consistently meet their weekly billing requirement of 35 hours a week after 60 days.
  • Health - Employer pays 50% of premium for employee and dependents
  • Dental - Employer pays 100% of premium for employee
  • Vision - Employer pays 100% of premium for employee
  • Short-term Disability - Employer pays 100% of premium for employee
