We have an exciting opportunity for a BCBA to join our team in the vibrant West Orange, NJ area. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in providing behavior intervention and support to students.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and oversee behavior intervention plans for students with autism or related disorders
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior support plans (BSPs)
- Provide training and support to staff, teachers, and parents in implementing behavior interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote positive outcomes for students
- Monitor and analyze data to track progress and make data-driven decisions
Requirements :
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Strong commitment to the well-being and development of students with special needs
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Willingness to work in the West Orange, NJ area
