- Client Inquiries : Respond to client questions and requests regarding commercial insurance policies.
- Policy Changes : Process policy updates and modifications accurately and efficiently.
- Customer Service : Provide exceptional service to commercial clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details for reference.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless client experience and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Continuous Improvement : Strive for ongoing professional development and stay informed about industry trends and regulations.
Requirement
- Licensing : Active PA Property & Casualty License is mandatory
- Experience : Previous experience in customer service or a related field is beneficial.
- Interpersonal Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
