Position Summary : This position is responsible for effectively and efficiently performing interior and exterior maintenance on multiple office buildings to ensure they are operational, safe, well-presented, and properly maintained at all times.

Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Worker to join a well-regarded organization in Boca Raton, FL.

The role involves hands-on maintenance and preventative upkeep of office buildings, responding to emergency repair requests, and ensuring that facilities are well-maintained.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building maintenance and a commitment to high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform routine interior and exterior maintenance on office buildings.
• Respond promptly to emergency repair requests and resolve issues efficiently.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs.
• Repair and maintain building systems including electrical and HVAC.
• Use a variety of power and hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and building regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.

Qualifications :

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Solid employment history.
• Minimum of five years of maintenance-related work experience (e.g., painting, framing, drywall, plastering, carpentry, plumbing, machine servicing, alarm systems).
• Working knowledge of electrical and HVAC systems required.
• Experience with power and hand tools.
• Physical strength and endurance to lift at least 50 pounds and perform tasks such as walking, bending, climbing, stretching, and reaching.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with iPhone, iPad, and text messaging.
• Basic math skills necessary for measurements and calculations.

Compensation :

Pay is dependent on experience : $20-$28 per hour.
