Position Highlights :
Student Loan Repayment : This RN position may be eligible for Avera’s Student Loan Repayment Program, which helps you pay off your loans and save money.

Job Summary
- The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) p erforms an active role in nursing, as well as mentoring staff, assessing residents, communicating with staff, physicians and residents.
- The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will serve as a resident advocate for quality clinical care.
- The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) m aintains confidentiality of patients, visitors, organization personnel and organization business in general.
Licensure / Certification / Registration and Experience
- Licensed Practical Nursing license in SD is required.
- Basic Life Support and Expanded Role certifcation is mandatory within six months of employment.
- Minimum of three (3) years of healthcare experience preferred.
Work Schedule
- Night shifts; 72 hours every 2 weeks
- 6 : 00 pm - 6 : 30 am
- Every third weekend
- Every third holiday
- Occasional call time
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
$22.75 - $31.50 per hour
